You can find us at 23 Institutional Area on Lodhi Road in New Delhi. Our setup is part of the Confederation of Indian Industry, specifically under the care of Mr Mano J. It’s a very established part of the city. Being in the Institutional Area means there are a lot of offices around us. We spend our days at the Byst office handling various things that come our way. The building is solid and has that old New Delhi feel to it. It’s not a place for flashing lights or loud noise. We mostly work at our desks and meet with people who have appointments. The area around Lodhi Road is nice for a walk during lunch, though we don't always get the time. Our office is functional. We have the usual stuff like printers that jam occasionally and desks piled with folders. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it steady. We don't use much jargon here. We just explain things simply when people ask what we do. The address 110003 is easy for the postman to find. We get a lot of mail. Managing all the details takes up most of our time. It’s steady work. We’ve been here long enough that the routine feels natural now. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure everything runs like it should. No big surprises, just work. We just show up and do what is required of us at Lodhi Road.
