Our office for Business Research And Informationa Services is located at S-30 in the DDA Flats at Panchsheel Enclave. We are situated right behind North Swami Nagar, in a part of the city that is mostly residential and quite peaceful. It’s a regular DDA flat that we’ve converted into our workspace. Because of where we are, it doesn't feel like a typical office building. There are families living all around us, and you can hear the normal sounds of a neighborhood throughout the day. Inside, the flat is mostly filled with bookshelves and stacks of papers from the various research projects we handle. We’ve been working out of this location for a long time. It’s a small operation, and we don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. If someone is coming to see us, they usually have to call for directions once they get into Panchsheel Enclave because the layout of the flats can be confusing. We spend most of our time at our desks, just going through data and putting together information for our clients. It’s quiet, steady work. We take our breaks in the small kitchen or sometimes go for a walk around the block to clear our heads. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just like having a quiet place where we can focus on our research and get things done without too many distractions. It’s a practical setup that fits our needs.
