Buniyad Properties

If you’re looking for us, we’re in Office No C/162 in Sarita Vihar, not far from the Appollo Hospital. Buniyad Properties is a small operation, and we mostly spend our time dealing with the local housing and commercial spaces around this part of Delhi. The office is pretty basic with a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and files tucked away in cabinets. We aren't like those big fancy real estate firms you see in the movies. We’re just local people who know the streets and buildings in Sarita Vihar really well. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or out meeting people at different properties to show them around. It can be a bit tiring with the traffic and the heat, but that’s just the nature of the job. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change quite a bit over the years. Some days the office is quiet and we’re just catching up on paperwork, and other days it’s a constant stream of people asking about rentals or prices. We try to give them straight answers based on what we see happening in the market. It’s a practical business built on knowing the area and talking to neighbors. We’ve been in this same spot for a while, and we like being near the hospital because it’s a landmark everyone knows. Just a simple office doing everyday work without any pretense.
