We are tucked away in Khanpur Extension, right here in New Delhi at F 36. If you come by to see us at Btr Packaging Private Limited, you’ll find us on the second floor. It’s one of those busy streets where there’s always something going on outside, usually some noise from the traffic or people shouting to each other across the road. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, so carrying heavy boxes up and down is always a bit of a workout for everyone on the team. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us surrounded by rolls of tape, piles of brown cardboard, and whatever other packaging materials need sorting that day. We don’t have a fancy reception area or one of those big signs that lights up at night. It’s just a practical, everyday space where we get the orders organized and sent out. Some days it gets pretty hot, especially when the Delhi summer is at its worst, but we just keep the ceiling fans going and keep moving. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been at this F 36 address for a while now. It’s not a glamorous job, just handling packaging day in and day out. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact spot in the narrow lanes of Khanpur, so we usually have to step out and wave them down. It’s a simple way of working, really, just making sure the tape is stuck and the boxes are ready.
