Operating out of 15/143 Dakshin Puri is where we spend our days. Being in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar means there is always something happening right outside the window. As part of Bses Rajdhani Power Ltd, we deal with a lot of the local stuff that comes up with the power lines and billing issues folks have in this part of New Delhi. The office itself isn't anything fancy, just a functional space with a lot of files and some old computers that hum quite a bit. People come by often with questions about their meters or just to sort out a bill they didn't understand. It gets crowded on Monday mornings especially. We have a small staff and we mostly just try to keep up with the paperwork that piles up on the desks. Sometimes the fans don't work right and we just have to deal with the heat while we work. The street outside can be a bit of a mess with all the rickshaws and people moving around, but it keeps things interesting. It’s a very local feel here in Dakshin Puri and we know most of the people who live nearby by face if not by name. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can every single day. The address 110062 is our home base and it’s been that way for a good bit now. We just handle the electricity matters and try to stay organized.
