Blues Music Shop

You can find us at A-261 in Defence Colony, right near the Indian Bank. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking is always a bit of a struggle for our customers. Blues Music Shop is basically just a room full of instruments and cables. We’ve got guitars hanging on the walls and some of them have been there for way too long. It’s a bit dusty, and the smell of old wood and guitar strings is everywhere. We spend a lot of time tuning things and talking to people who come in just to play a few chords and then leave without buying anything. That’s okay, though. We like the company. My desk is covered in picks and broken strings that I keep meaning to throw away. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a couple of us who know a bit about music gear. Sometimes the amp in the corner starts buzzing for no reason, and we have to kick it to make it stop. People in Def Col know we’ve been here a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city. We just want to make sure people have decent strings and a place to ask questions. It’s a quiet life most days, except when someone decides to test out a drum kit. We just keep the doors open and see who walks in.
