You can find us at E-118 on the 60 Feet Road in Molarband Extension. It’s right across from the Axis Bank, which makes it easier for people to give directions when they’re coming to see us. Badarpur is a busy area, so there is always noise from the road and bikes zooming past the window. We are up on the first floor. The stairs are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. We do a lot of our fashion work right in that space. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just put in the hours and make sure the clothes we are working on look right. There are always scraps of thread on the floor no matter how many times we sweep. It’s a busy spot with stuff piled up on the counters most of the time. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out by morning. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. It's just a regular shop where we try to stay on top of the work. If the bank is open, the street is usually packed, so parking can be a bit of a headache. Most of our days are spent just cutting fabric and answering the phone to see where the next shipment is.
