Our office is over at L-5 and 6 in Green Park Extension. It's a decent spot in New Delhi. Being Blackbull Realtors Private Limited means we deal with a lot of the property stuff happening around here. Green Park is usually quite active, so there is always someone looking for a place or trying to move out. We have a few desks and a lot of maps. It gets pretty loud outside during the day, but we are used to it. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting people at different sites. We know the 110016 area pretty well by now. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of driving. Some days the paperwork feels like it never ends, but that is part of the job. We keep things pretty straightforward. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. If someone needs a house or a shop, they come find us. The name sounds strong, but we are just regular people working in real estate. The office isn't a showroom; it's where we get the actual work done. We've been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical business. We just try to get the right people into the right buildings without a huge fuss or any unnecessary complications along the way for the buyers or sellers.
