Birthday Express

We are based at 1B/2 in Gautam Nagar, right near the Gumbad. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re in the area. We deal with birthdays, mostly getting all the supplies and decorations ready for people’s parties. Our shop isn't some massive warehouse; it’s a bit cramped actually because we have so many boxes of balloons, streamers, and hats piled up. We’ve been in Gautam Nagar for a while and have seen a lot of kids in the neighborhood grow up. We don’t have a fancy marketing plan. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or their neighbor told them about us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure people have what they need for their celebrations. Sometimes the shop is a bit of a mess, especially on Saturday mornings when everyone is picking up their orders at the same time. We try our best to keep track of everything, but once in a while, we have to dig through a few boxes to find a specific color of ribbon. It’s just us running the place, so it feels very personal. We don’t use any corporate talk or give big sales pitches. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. It’s a simple way to do business and it works for us and the local families who come by.
