Our office is located at C 430 in Harsh Vihar, right in the Hari Nagar III area of Badarpur. It is part of the larger Bird Group, but our daily life here feels like any other local workplace. New Delhi can be a bit overwhelming with the heat and the crowds, but once you step into our space, it’s just about the work. We deal with information systems every day. It involves a lot of sitting at screens and checking data. The building isn't the newest one in the block, but it serves us well enough. Getting to work in Badarpur is a bit of a journey for some of us because of the metro and the bus schedules. We usually start the morning with some tea while we look at what needs to be fixed. It is not always exciting stuff, but it is necessary. Sometimes there are technical hiccups that take all afternoon to sort out. We just stay until it is finished. There are no big speeches here, just people doing their jobs. The Harsh Vihar area is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street. We’ve got used to it by now. It is just how things are at C 430. We are just a bunch of people working in a specific corner of Delhi, trying to make sure the systems keep running like they should.
