Bikaner

Bikaner is located at Khanpur Krishna Park D-8/B. Even though the name is well-known, this shop is run like any other local spot in the neighborhood. We are tucked into this corner of Krishna Park, and we have been serving the people around here for quite some time. The shop is filled with shelves of packed snacks and the fresh stuff we keep behind the glass. It’s a busy place in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't have much space for people to sit, so it is usually a lot of people standing around or waiting for their parcels. The staff here is just a few people who have been around for a long time. We know who wants their snacks spicy and who is looking for something sweet for their kids. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the last customer leaves at night. The floors get dusty with all the foot traffic, and the fans are always humming to keep us cool. It is just a regular shop where we try to keep the bins full and the counter moving. We are a part of this street, and we just focus on doing the daily tasks that keep the business running for the community. Sometimes the truck delivery is late and we have to shuffle things around to make room, but we manage. It is just the way it goes when you are working in a crowded place like Khanpur. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next person to walk in.
