Bharti Fashions

Bharti Fashions is tucked away in Amar Colony, specifically at E-185 in the lower ground floor. Lajpat Nagar is a big area, but this part feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Being in the LGF means it stays a little cooler than the street level, which is nice during the Delhi summers. The shop isn't massive. It’s filled with all sorts of fashion pieces we’ve collected. You have to walk down a few steps to get inside. Sometimes the light isn't the best, but we make it work. We spend our days mostly organizing the racks and helping folks who wander in from the nearby lanes. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a lot of new deliveries, and we end up tripping over bags for a few hours. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We’ve got the address 110024 on all our mail, and that’s where you’ll find us most days of the week. People around here know us as the local spot for clothes. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, dust the shelves, and wait for the day to start. It’s quiet sometimes, and other times it’s a bit of a mess, but that’s just how it goes in a small shop. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stock just piles up too fast.
