Our office is located at Bf 9 in Madangir, New Delhi. It’s a lively area, and we’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and the people around here pretty well. The building itself is just a regular structure on the street, nothing special. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the desks and equipment we have to keep. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We just have a small space where we sit and work through the day. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we have to close the door just to hear ourselves think. We handle all sorts of service tasks from this spot. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional flyers lying around. It’s just a practical office for practical work. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, but we’ve got used to it over time. We usually grab some tea from the stall at the corner when we need a break. Most people who come in are local folks who live nearby. We talk to everyone in a normal, everyday way without any corporate jargon or fancy talk. It’s an honest, slightly messy workplace where stuff gets done. We try to keep things moving even when it gets really busy during the middle of the week. It’s just our little corner of Madangir and it works for us.
