We're based at N 149 in Greater Kailash 1. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and being in the N block means there's always something going on nearby. Our office is a bit tucked away, but it’s a solid place to work. We spend our time here dealing with different service requests and keeping things running as best as we can. The space is a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs on the desks and posters that have been up for years. We aren't trying to be fancy or high-end despite the neighborhood. It's just a regular office where we do our daily jobs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished presentations. We just talk to people like normal humans. The neighborhood has a lot of shops and cafes, so we usually get our lunch from one of the local spots nearby. Parking can be a real pain around here, so we often suggest people take an auto if they're visiting us. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the tasks we're given each day. No mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes stuck to the monitors. It feels like a real, working environment. We’ve been here for years and it just feels like our natural home in the city.
