Bhagat Properties

Bhagat Properties is located at O 14 in Lajpat Nagar, on the ground floor. If you're looking for us, we are quite close to the Golden Restaurant, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded and noisy, but that’s part of the charm of working in this area. Our office is a small, practical space where we handle all sorts of property deals. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen shops and houses change hands many times. It’s mostly just us sitting here, answering the phone, and talking to people who walk in off the street. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or high-pressure sales stuff. If someone wants a place, we show them what’s on the books. Sometimes we don’t have exactly what they want, and we just tell them that. It’s better to be honest than to waste anyone’s time. The ground floor location makes it easy for older folks or busy people to just pop in. We spend a lot of time walking around the nearby blocks to check on properties. It’s a lot of legwork, really. Between the noise from the street and the constant flow of people, there’s never a dull moment. We just keep things simple and try to help people find a decent spot in this part of town. That’s how we’ve always done it. We have been through many summers in this office and we are still going.
