We occupy a small part of the building where we spend our time planning out events and talking to various vendors on the phone. GK II is a nice area, though the parking can be a real pain if you aren't careful about where you leave your car. Our office is pretty functional and simple, mostly just some old desks and a lot of notebooks filled with dates, prices, and contact numbers. We handle things like booking local artists and making sure the sound systems are ready for whatever party or show is coming up on the weekend. It’s a lot of coordination and often involves late-night phone calls when things change at the last minute. We don't have a big fancy website with lots of buzzwords or marketing talk. We just do the work we’re hired for. My team and I have been doing this long enough that we know most of the people in the event industry around here. It’s a lot of stress sometimes, especially when an artist is running late or a piece of equipment breaks, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't try to sound like some massive international agency because we are just local folks. People seem to appreciate that we’re honest about what we can actually do.
