Batra Hospitals

We’ve been here in the Tughlakabad Institute Area for quite a while now. If you know M B Road, you know how the traffic can get, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. Our building is right there, and most days it’s pretty busy from the moment the sun comes up. We have a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are just here for a quick checkup, while others have more serious things going on. The nurses are usually running around trying to keep everything on track, and sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded. It is just the way it goes in a big place like this. We try to keep things moving. The cleaning staff is always mopping the floors, so there is usually that faint smell of disinfectant in the air. We see a lot of families from the surrounding parts of Tughlakabad. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular hospital where we do our jobs every day. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it is a lot of paperwork and talking to patients who are worried about their health. We have some benches outside where people sit when they need a bit of fresh air. It is just a part of the neighborhood here on the main road. We don't have a big fancy lobby, but we have enough chairs for most people. It’s just us doing what we can and keeping the doors open for anyone who needs us.
