Bansal Hospital

Bansal Hospital has been at A-1 New Friend?s Colony for a good while now. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our building right there. It isn’t some shiny glass tower, just a regular place where we get the work done every day. The morning usually starts with the sound of the shutters going up and the staff trickling in from different parts of the city. Some of us have been here for years, so we know the corners of this building pretty well. We spend a lot of time keeping the waiting area tidy, though it gets messy again pretty fast when the families start arriving. The neighborhood around New Friend?s Colony is usually busy, and you can hear the traffic from the front doors. Inside, we have our desks and the patient files stacked up. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but we manage. There is always that smell of antiseptic in the halls, which you get used to after a few days of working here. We don't have a big fancy lobby with fountains or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where people check in. People come in with all sorts of problems, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. It’s mostly about being practical and making sure everyone gets seen. The lights flicker a bit sometimes in the back hallway, but the equipment works fine. It’s just how things go in a local place.
