Our office is situated at Flat No 58 in Sector 3, New Delhi. It is a bit of a different setup being in a flat, but it works for what we need to do here at Bank Of America. Sector 3 is a relatively established part of the city, and having the office here makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We have our desks spread out across the rooms, and it is actually quite a quiet place to work compared to the busier commercial hubs. There are trees outside the window, and you can see people going about their daily lives in the neighborhood. We spend our time going through files, updating systems, and making sure all the records are accurate. It is not the kind of place with a big sign or a fancy reception desk. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes we order in lunch from one of the local dhabas, or someone brings in something from home to share with the group. We do not really have a mission statement tacked to the wall. We just focus on staying organized and getting through the workload. It is a straightforward way to work, and we appreciate the calm atmosphere of this particular location. It is just a small team of us handling the daily requirements without any extra drama or unnecessary polish. We just like keeping things simple and getting our tasks finished.
