Bajaj Estate

You can find Bajaj Estate at 3 Mayfair Garden Market. It’s a nice little spot in a part of town that has its own character. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a good number of years now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and property listings taped to the boards. It’s not the kind of place with marble floors or fancy lighting. We keep things pretty basic because we’d rather focus on the actual work than on looking important. Usually, you’ll find one of us on the phone or typing away at a computer while someone else is out showing a house. We get a lot of people just walking in because they’re passing through the market and saw our sign. We like the interaction. It’s better than just being stuck behind a screen all day. We’ve seen the market go up and down, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve stayed right here at number 3. We don't have a big marketing department writing our stories. We just know the local houses and the people who live in them. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to meeting clients. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. If you’re around the market, you’ll see us there most days just handling things as they come.
