We are located on the first floor at B 106 in Panchsheel Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area which is nice for a real estate office. We spend our days looking at houses and flats around Bahadurgarh. Most of the time we are either on the phone or out showing a property to someone. The office is just a place to keep our files and meet people when they want to sign something. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed help finding places to live. It isn’t always easy, as prices change and people have specific needs. We try to be realistic with folks about what they can get for their money. We don't use any high-pressure tactics because that’s just not how we like to be treated. It’s a local business through and through. The walls are covered with maps of the different sectors. Sometimes it gets quiet, and other days three families show up at once. We just take it as it comes. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones have issues with water or parking. It’s just about being helpful and knowing the neighborhood. We aren't a big chain, just a small office in Panchsheel Vihar trying to help people find a decent home. We stay open until the evening most days to catch people after they finish their work.
