You can find Aysha Properties right at 1121/23 in A-Block of Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar. We are on Street No 23, pretty much right across from the Leaf Style Mall. That mall makes it easy for people to find us if they get lost looking for the street. Most of our day is spent either at the desk or out looking at different spots around the neighborhood. Dealing with property means a lot of walking and talking to people about where they want to live or set up a shop. The office is a simple place. We have got some maps on the wall and a few chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we spend a bit of time cleaning up every morning. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the local streets well. People come in looking for a flat or a plot, and we tell them what is available and what is not worth the trouble. It is practical work. Being near the mall means there is always something going on outside, which keeps things from getting too quiet.
