Ats Services Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Amrit Puri in East of Kailash. Specifically, we’re at 317/7, which is a place many people know as Naveen Verma’s spot, or Sunita Verma’s. It’s one of those parts of New Delhi where the lanes are narrow and you really have to know where you’re going to find us. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some air, though mostly you just see the tops of other buildings. Work around here is pretty steady. We handle a lot of different service requests and there is always a stack of paperwork waiting on the desk. Sometimes the printer jams and it takes two of us to fix it. That’s just how things go. We aren’t trying to be some high-tech hub. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized in the middle of the East of Kailash chaos. The metro isn’t too far, so that helps with the commute. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the local shopkeepers and the guy who delivers the water jars. It’s a tight-knit little area. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure everything at Ats Services keeps moving forward one day at a time. It keeps us busy.
