ASTUVIZ PARTNERS LLP is over at the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. We are in the A 27 building. This area is right off Mathura Road, which is a major route, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. The industrial estate is quite large and has many different types of companies in it. We are just one of the offices in the A 27 block. It is a very practical location for us because it is so well-connected to the rest of the city. Being near Mathura Road means we see a lot of trucks and cars all day long. The building itself is a standard industrial estate structure. Inside, we have our workspace set up where we handle the daily stuff. It is not a retail shop or anything like that, just an office where we get through the day. We spend a lot of time here from Monday to Friday. The air around Mohan Cooperative always feels like people are busy. It is an active atmosphere with people coming and going from different units. We have settled into A 27 quite well. It has got enough space for the team and the stuff we need to keep things going. There are some local places to get tea or a quick snack nearby if you walk a bit. It is just a regular, working-class industrial area and we are glad to have our spot here on Mathura Road. It really just works for us.
