Our office for Aspire Human Capital Management Private Limited is located at C 148 in Sarvodaya Enclave. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi, and we’ve been at this address for a good chunk of time now. The building is a standard residential-turned-commercial type of place that you see a lot in this part of the city. Inside, it’s all very functional. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we store all the records we have to keep track of. Dealing with human capital management means we have a lot of documents to organize, so there’s usually a lot of paper moving around. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices with bean bags or ping pong tables. It’s just a regular workplace where people come to do their jobs. The lighting is okay, and the air conditioning works most of the time, which is the main thing you need in Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We’re just a group of people who understand how to manage these specific tasks. Sarvodaya Enclave is a good location because it’s central enough but doesn't feel as crazy as the main market areas. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we’ve kept the same practical approach to everything. It’s just us, working through the files and making sure everything is in order day by day.
