Asian Inforech

We sit here on Malviya Nagar Main Road every day, right in the Shivalik 15/199 building. It’s a busy spot and you can always hear the traffic outside our window. We started Asian Inforech because we knew computers and people around here always have issues with their machines. It isn’t a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our tools and spare parts. Most mornings start with unlocking the heavy shutters and checking what came in the day before. We usually have a few laptops sitting on the back bench waiting for parts to arrive from the suppliers. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the building. Our desks are a bit messy with cables and old hard drives, but we know where everything is kept. People walk in from the street asking about software or hardware problems. We just tell them what we can do and how long it might take to fix. It gets pretty dusty with the road right there, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the screens and keyboards. There is a tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning chai and talk to the neighbors. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. It’s just us working through the pile of work on the desk. Sometimes it stays quiet, but usually there is enough to keep us busy.
