Asha Principals LLP is tucked away in Kushal House, which is at 39 Nehru Place. If you have spent any time in South Delhi, you know Nehru Place is pretty much the heart of everything. It is always crowded and there is a lot of energy in the air. Our office is a straightforward space. We do not have a big fancy sign or a lobby filled with plants. It is just a place where we come to work. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be a workout sometimes. We are a small team and we prefer it that way. It means we actually know what everyone is doing. We do not spend our time in long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks, drinking tea, and figuring out the day's tasks. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words or glossy brochures. We just do our work and try to be helpful when we can. Sometimes the noise from the market outside gets a bit loud, but it reminds us that we are right in the middle of the action. We have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood. It is an honest place to run a business. We do not have a corporate script or a complicated hierarchy. It is just us, working out of Kushal House and trying to keep things moving.
