We are currently operating from the fourth floor of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, specifically at J3/89. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. Aryan Hr Consulting is basically a group of us trying to help people find jobs and help companies find staff. The elevator in this building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we end up walking up the four flights of stairs. It’s a good workout, at least. Our office isn't very large, just some desks, computers, and a few extra chairs for when people come in for interviews. We spend hours looking through resumes and talking to candidates on the phone. It can be tiring, but it's good when someone actually gets hired and is happy about it. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team doing our best to match the right person with the right role. The 110019 area is a good place to be based. We’ve got some files that need sorting and the printer jams more than I’d like, but we get by. We don't put on any airs here. If you come by, you’ll see us just working through the piles of applications on our desks. It is honest, straightforward work and we try to keep it as simple as possible for everyone involved. That's the way we like to do things around here.
