Arvind & Vivek Associate

Arvind & Vivek Associate is run from our office at B-4/103 on the second floor in Safdarjung Enclave. We are right near Kamla Cinema, which most people in Delhi know. It’s a good landmark for giving directions. The two of us, along with our small staff, handle all the work that comes through the door. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at our screens or blueprints to notice. We’ve been working together for quite some time, so we have a rhythm. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a couple of guys who know how to design and plan buildings. The office is usually full of rolls of drawings and samples of materials. It can be a bit crowded, but it’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure everything is being built the right way. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of headaches with regulations and supplies, but we manage. We just take things as they come and try to give everyone honest advice.
