Arshad Husain

Arshad Husain is my name, and I’m based at 365/6 in Zakir Nagar. This is right in the Jamia Nagar area of Okhla, New Delhi. The pin code here is 110025. If you know Zakir Nagar, you know it’s a very crowded and lively place. My space is tucked away in one of the lanes. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of shops and houses all mixed together. I’ve been working from this spot for quite a while now. I don’t have a big sign or a fancy office. It’s a small, functional space where I can focus. Sometimes it’s hard to hear yourself think with all the noise outside, but you get used to it. Jamia Nagar has its own rhythm, and I’ve become part of it. I don’t use any marketing tricks to get people to come here. They usually come because they know I’m here and I do a decent job. I handle my own paperwork and talk to everyone who visits. It’s a lot of work for one person, but I don’t mind. I prefer being in control of everything. It’s an honest living in a tough city. I don’t try to be something I’m not. I’m just Arshad, and this is where I work. If you can navigate the lanes of Okhla, you’ll find me easily enough. It’s just a regular life in a busy place.
