We are located at F 701 A in Lado Sarai, Mehrauli. It is an interesting part of town because you have all this history around you but then you have our industrial setup right in the middle of it. Our space is functional, with a lot of heavy equipment and metal parts. It is not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that can handle a bit of dirt and grease. The building itself is older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, so we often just take the stairs. Our day-to-day is mostly about managing the technical side of things. There is a lot of measuring and checking going on. We do not have a big marketing department telling us what to say. We just show up, look at the schedule, and get to work. The tea stall right outside the main gate is where we spend our breaks, watching the traffic crawl towards Mehrauli. Lado Sarai has a lot of character, and we have become part of the local scenery over the years. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art on the walls. We just have our calendars and some old photos of the team. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad.
