You can find us over on Joga Bai Main Road in Okhla. The building is number 161 22 and it sits right in the middle of all the noise and activity of New Delhi. It is a busy spot, with trucks and bikes constantly moving past our front door. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty focused on construction management and architecture tasks. We have long tables covered in blueprints and site maps. The floors are hard tile and they get a bit dusty because of the road work nearby. There is always someone coming or going, whether it is a site supervisor or a delivery person. We do not have a formal waiting area, so people usually just grab a stool near the main desk. The walls are covered in project schedules and some photos of buildings we have worked on over the years. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We are not big on decorations or fancy office gear. Everything we have here is for the work. There is a small sink in the back for washing up after a long day. We mostly eat our lunch at our desks while discussing the next day's schedule. It is a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. Being in Okhla means we are close to the action, which is exactly how we like it.
