We are located at No. 404 in Gedore House, which is right in the 51-52 area of Nehru Place. If you know Delhi, you know how busy this market gets. It is basically the hub for everything related to computers. We have been working from this fourth-floor office for a good while now. It isn't a fancy showroom with glass doors and air conditioning that freezes you out. It’s a practical workspace where we deal with hardware issues and sell various parts. Most of our days are spent surrounded by motherboards, monitors, and tangled cables. People usually find us when their machines stop working or they need an upgrade that won't cost too much money. The lifts in this building are often slow, so we see a lot of people walking up the stairs. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished sales pitch. We just look at the problem and try to fix it. Sometimes we have a lot of stock piled up in the corners, which makes the place look a bit small. We have a few technicians who know their way around a laptop. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years. Nehru Place is always loud and crowded, but we like the energy. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, helping people get their tech back in order. It’s a simple operation and we prefer it that way.
