Apparel Deck

You will find Apparel Deck at C-117 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1. This part of town is all about work. There are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our building is just like the others around here, made of concrete and built for utility. Inside, we have our setup for handling apparel. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some machine running or a truck loading up in the alley. We have a team that stays pretty busy from nine to six every day. The floors are a bit scuffed and the walls have some marks from moving boxes around, but that is just what happens in an industrial area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk or near the packing station. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the garments are ready for wherever they are going next. It’s hard work and it gets sweaty in the summer, even with the big ceiling fans spinning overhead. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the floor. There is no corporate polish here. We just focus on the clothes and getting the orders out on time. It is a gritty, busy environment but we have been here for years and it suits us just fine. We just get the job done and go home.
