Apollo Realtors is based out of 61/A Greater Kailash I. We are on the ground floor, which is pretty convenient for people walking by or looking for the office. Being near the old Archana Theaters is the easiest way to give directions, even though the theater itself has changed over the years. GK-I is a lively neighborhood, and we see a lot of people going about their shopping or heading to the parks. Our office is a simple setup. We have a few desks, some maps of the local area, and a landline that rings more than we’d like. It’s a practical space for sitting down and talking about property or looking through listings. We don't have any fancy glass walls or modern art; it’s just a place to do business. Sometimes the parking on this street is a nightmare, so we usually see people circling the block a few times before they come in. We’ve spent many years in this spot, watching the shops nearby change hands while we stay put. The mornings are usually spent catching up on news and the afternoons are for meeting people who are looking for a new place to live or work. It’s a bit of a slower pace than some of the bigger firms, but we prefer it that way. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the local market without any big fuss.
