Our office is tucked away in South Extension Part 1, at H 86. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi but our day-to-day is actually quite quiet. We are affiliated with a large hospital company over in the USA, so a lot of what we do involves syncing up with their needs. This usually means a lot of computer work and making sure records are right. We aren't doctors ourselves; we are the ones handling the background stuff that keeps things running. The office is a bit old-fashioned but comfortable enough. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s families and stories. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when deadlines from the US side come in late at night, but we manage. South Ext is always bustling outside, so stepping out for a break is a bit of a shock compared to our quiet room. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on getting the files sorted and the messages sent. It’s a practical job. We like it because it’s steady and we’ve gotten good at the routine. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just the Delhi team making sure the data for the hospitals stays organized and correct every single day of the week.
