Amit Pan Bhandar

Amit Pan Bhandar is right here in Safdarjung Enclave, specifically over in Arjun Nagar. It is not much more than a counter and some shelves, but it keeps us on our feet. The morning starts with getting the leaves ready and making sure everything is damp so it stays fresh in the heat. Safdarjung Enclave can get pretty busy with cars and people rushing to work, but things feel a bit slower at our spot. We see the same faces every single day, mostly guys stopping for a quick minute before they head home. Arjun Nagar has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. The jars on the shelf are a bit mismatched, and the paint on the counter is peeling a little at the edges, but nobody seems to mind that. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things are stocked up. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to pull the plastic sheets down quickly to keep the stock dry. It’s a small life, but we like being part of the street. You hear all the local news just by standing here for ten minutes. People stop by to chat or just to take a break from the sun. It is just a simple place where we do our thing and try to keep everything moving. We have been here in the Enclave for a while now.
