Amira Foods

We are located on the first floor of the Hotel Clarion Collection, which used to be called the Qutub Hotel, on Shaheed Jeet Sing Marg. It is an interesting place for a food company office because it’s inside a hotel building. You walk past the lobby and the tourists to get to us. It feels a bit more formal than a warehouse, but inside our office, it's just the usual work. We deal with food products, mostly grains and things that people eat every day. There is always a smell of coffee in the air here because we drink a lot of it while we work the phones. Shaheed Jeet Sing Marg is a nice area with a lot of trees, which makes the commute a bit better. We don’t have a shop front where you can buy a single bag of rice. We handle the larger side of things. The office has some nice views of the greenery outside. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. It’s a quiet environment compared to a factory. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to suppliers. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just move food from one place to another and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Usually, we head out around six and the street is nice and cool then.
