American Express Services India Ltd

Our office is located at E-146, Kalkaji, right here in New Delhi 110019. If you know the Kalkaji area, you know it can get pretty busy around here. We are American Express Services India Ltd, and we spend our days handling all sorts of paperwork and digital tasks. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The building is okay, and we have a routine that we follow every single day. We walk in, check the files, and start answering whatever needs an answer. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute, and we all just wait for the backup to kick in. We have a tea guy who comes by, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. People think because of the name it must be some huge, shiny tower, but here in Kalkaji, it feels more like a regular neighborhood spot. We have a few desks squeezed together, and there is always someone talking on the phone. We try to keep things tidy, but papers always seem to pile up on the corners of the tables. Most of the staff has been here for a bit, so we all know how things work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just stay at E-146 and get through the list of things to do before we head home. It is just a job.
