Ambrosia

Ambrosia is situated at Building No-27-G in the village of Jia Sarai, right near Hauz Khas. We are also very close to the IIT campus, so we see a lot of students and teachers walking by every day. Jia Sarai is a very crowded place, full of energy and people studying hard. Our building is just one of many in these narrow lanes. We have a small space here where we do our thing. It is not a luxury spot by any means. It is more of a practical place where we can focus on our tasks. The noise of the street is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have been here for a while and have seen many batches of students come and go. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy slogans. People mostly find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We keep our doors open and just do the work. It is a small operation, just a couple of us managing everything from the inventory to the cleaning. We like being near Hauz Khas because there is always something happening. It feels good to be part of such a lively neighborhood. We are just a local business trying to stay busy and do things the right way. That is the long and short of it.
