Our office and workspace is at Shed No.12 on the 1St Floor of the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase Iv. Okhla is a massive place with so many different units, but we’ve been in this particular shed for a while. We work with machine tools and industrial systems. It’s more of a technical setup than a retail one. We have a lot of heavy equipment and parts stored here. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving big things in and out is always a project. Our team is usually focused on technical support or coordinating deliveries of new machines. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It’s mostly desks, computers, and manuals for the machines we handle. The industrial estate is always noisy with the sound of nearby factories and the constant flow of traffic. We just try to stay organized in the middle of all that chaos. We aren't the type to use big marketing buzzwords. We just know our machines well and try to answer questions when customers call. It’s a busy environment and there is always something to do, whether it’s checking an inventory list or talking to a technician in the field. We like being in the heart of Okhla because it feels like the center of the action for businesses like ours. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks and help out where we can.
