Alpha Glocal Llp

We’re over at Aggarwal Bhawan in Nehru Place, in flat number 301 at 35/36. It’s a busy part of the city, which suits us just fine. Alpha Glocal Llp is run by a few of us who have been in this industry for a long time. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work from our small office. The space is pretty straightforward—no fancy art on the walls or expensive rugs. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something that needs attention. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, one of us will just wave you in. We spend a lot of our time looking at data and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but we take it seriously. Living and working in Delhi means you get used to the chaos, and we actually find it quite motivating. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the tasks we have. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee stains. It’s an honest workplace for people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do our bit, and try to be helpful to those we work with. The water cooler makes a weird noise sometimes, but we ignore it.
