You can find us at 134/21 Zakir Nagar on the first floor. It is right in the Okhla area of New Delhi. Alltimejobs.Com is basically what we do all day. We manage the website and try to keep the job listings fresh. It gets pretty busy around here. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. We have a few computers and a lot of coffee. I spend most of my time staring at the screen. People are always looking for work, so we have plenty to do. Okhla is a crowded place so it is never quiet outside. We do not have any big corporate meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. If someone has a problem with the site, we try to fix it. It is not a perfect system but it works. We do not use any flashy language here. We are just regular people trying to run a job board. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all get annoyed. We have been in Zakir Nagar for some time. We know the neighbors pretty well. It is a local operation. We do not pretend to be something we are not. We just want to help people find a paycheck. It is honest work. The office stays open late sometimes when there is a lot to upload. We just get on with it and stay focused.
