Allied Estate Service

We’ve been working out of this lower ground floor office in D-77 Defence Colony for quite some time now. Most people around here know us for Allied Estate Service, and we mainly just focus on the properties in and around this part of Delhi. It gets a bit crowded in the office during the afternoons when clients drop in to talk about rentals or looking for a new flat, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and desks where we look over floor plans and legal papers. Dealing with property in Def Col is always busy because everyone wants to be in this neighborhood. We handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and show people around the different blocks. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road is a mess, but once you get down into the office, it's a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us here making sure the leases are right and people find a place that actually fits what they need. We know these streets pretty well since we spend all day walking between the different houses. If someone needs to find a spot to live or maybe a small office space around here, they usually just find us by word of mouth or seeing our sign near the entrance.
