Our office is located at B-50 on the third floor in Kalkaji. It is a busy neighborhood and finding our building for the first time can be a little tricky because of all the signs on the street. We have been here for a good while, and the office has that lived-in feel to it. There are desks piled with papers and several filing cabinets that are probably too full. Since we deal with steel, a lot of our time is spent on the phone or looking at delivery schedules on the computer. We don't actually keep any steel here in the office, so it is mostly just a place for the administrative side of things. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have some good lamps. It gets quite hot in the summer months, and the air conditioner struggles to keep up sometimes. We are just a regular team of people who have worked together for years. We don't really have any fancy titles or formal ways of doing things. If a customer calls, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. We have our morning routine with coffee and then we just get into the orders. It is a steady place to work and we know the locals around Kalkaji pretty well by now. We just keep doing what we know how to do.
