Akash Hospital

Our place is on Malviya Nagar Road, right near the Krishna Mandir. It’s a good landmark because everyone in Malviya Nagar knows where the temple is. The hospital is at 90/43. We have been operating here for quite a while now. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, it's a bit more contained. We have several rooms for patients and a small area where people wait to see the doctor. It isn't a huge corporate hospital with a lobby that looks like a hotel. It’s just a regular hospital where people come when they are sick. We have some old benches in the waiting area and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We handle all sorts of medical issues. Most of our patients are from the local neighborhood. They like coming here because they know us. The staff is local too, so we speak the same language as the people who come in. Sometimes the pharmacy next door is faster than we are with getting things ready. We just try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of hard work and the hours are long. We don’t have a big PR team or anything like that. We just do our jobs and try to help the folks who live around Malviya Nagar. It’s a decent place to work and we are glad to be here.
