Ajanta Food Products Co is based at 60 New Manglapuri. We are very close to the Chattarpur Metro Station, which makes it easy for the staff to get to work every day. The building is more about function than style. You can usually tell we are here because of the different smells coming from the production area. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the machines are running like they should. We started out small and stayed in this neighborhood because it suits us. The space at 60 New Manglapuri is filled with bags and crates most of the time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. Most of what we do is just making the products and getting them ready to go out. It gets hot in the summer, especially near the equipment, but we manage. The metro station nearby is always crowded, so there is a lot of energy in the air around here. We just focus on the daily routine. We check the batches, pack the boxes, and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a straightforward business without any hidden layers. We are just local people making food products and trying to do a decent job of it every single day. Some days things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, but we always get the doors open again.
