You can find us at H119/605 on Muradi Road, which is right in the Babar Street area of Batla House. It’s a lively part of New Delhi 110025, and there’s always something going on in the streets outside. We work in executive search, which sounds fancy, but mostly it just means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through lists of names. Our office is tucked away in a busy spot, so it can be a bit noisy during the day with the traffic and the local shops nearby. We aren't a big corporate firm with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we can focus on finding the right people for the jobs we’re trying to fill. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up because things move so fast in this industry. We have a small team here, and we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of Batla House. It’s a place with a lot of character. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at who’s available and see if they fit what a company needs. It’s a lot of trial and error and a lot of conversations. Some days are more successful than others, but we keep showing up.
