We set up Adityas Luxury Realtors (Opc) Private Limited over at 151A Club Road in Sainik Farm. If you’ve ever been to Sainik Farm, you know it’s one of those parts of Delhi that feels almost like a different city. It’s much quieter and has a lot more trees than most places. Our office is right there on Club Road, which is a nice spot to be. It’s not like those cramped offices in the middle of a market. We have a bit of space and it stays relatively calm during the day. We mostly deal with high-end houses around here, so we spend a lot of time visiting sites or meeting people at their homes. The office itself is quite simple though. We have some comfortable chairs and a big table where we spread out all our papers and maps. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in while we chat. There isn't any corporate pressure here; we just do things at our own pace. Working in Sainik Farm means you see a lot of greenery when you look out the window, which is a relief. It’s a bit out of the way for some people, but for us, it’s the perfect location. We don’t really do much advertising; most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here on Club Road doing our thing.
