Adecco India Ltd has a spot at 119-A, R-Block in the Khirki Extension of Malviya Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing with activity, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know the streets, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workspace with people busy at their desks. We handle a lot of staffing and recruitment tasks, which means there’s a constant flow of people and papers. We aren't into that polished, high-end corporate look. Our office feels lived-in, with stacks of files and posters that have been on the walls for years. The air conditioner hums in the background, and there’s usually someone talking loudly on a conference call. Malviya Nagar is a great area, even if it’s loud, and we like being part of the local scene here. We don't have a fancy reception area with marble floors; it's more about having a desk that works and a computer that doesn't crash. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door or what kind of roles we are trying to fill. We just focus on the logistics of getting people to where they need to be. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details over and over. We just do our bit and try to keep things moving along.
